I will sending in group registration again this year for any WALC member interested. This year there have been some changes and you must renew each separately. USLCA group fee is $69 and ILCA is $117. You must download the forms from each site . Since I have to write one check for each group, I am okay if you write one check to WALC if you are renewing or joining both groups.
There have been changes to what your membership includes and I encourage you to read them over before making your decision. I am sending this out before the November meeting so if you would like to give me your paperwork at the meeting you have to print out the forms. If you would like to mail it to me, my address is listed in membership directory. I plan to send in the renewal on December 1st so all forms must me received by then.

I was able to download the separate applications, but I have a few questions about filling them out.
On the USLCA application form it is necessary to list the Group Name and the Number of Members in the group. Kathie, will you add that information to the forms if we send them to you? Or can you tell us the Group Name we are using? We won’t know the number in the group until you have all the applications in hand.
Both forms ask for IBCLC certification expiration date.
