Location: Room 5A • 201 N. Mayfair Road • Wauwatosa, WI 53226 • (414) 259-7200 The new St. Joseph Outpatient Center is on Mayfair Road (Hwy.100), one block south of Bluemound Road. It is easily accessible from these major streets as well as from I-94, I-43, and I-894/US 45.
From the West: Take I-94 East. Exit 304 A-B. Turn left, heading north on Mayfair Rd. (HWY100) Take the first left turn into facility.	From Downtown: Take I-94 West. Exit 304 B heading north on Mayfair Rd (HWY100). Take the first left turn into facility.
From the North: Take US 45 South. Exit I-94 West. Exit 304 B heading north on Mayfair Rd (HWY100). Take the first left turn into facility.	From the South: Take I-894/US 45 North. Exit I-94 West and immediately move into the far right lane to Exit 304 B. Exit 304 B heading north on Mayfair Rd (HWY100). Take the first left turn into facility.
WHERE TO PARK? For quick & easy access to the building: There is free valet parking available in front of main entrance or the parking structure directly adjacent to the Outpatient Center, on the south side of the main entrance. The surface lot, directly to the north of the Outpatient Center, is for overflow parking only.
