From the North: From I-43: Exit at the Hwy 42 Sheboygan/Howards Grove exit (exit 128) and head East. Take Hwy 42 (Calumet Dr) to North Avenue and take a left. Continue on North Avenue until N. 7th Street and take a right. Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center will be to your immediate left. From the South: From I-43: Exit at the Hwy 23 East Sheboygan/Kohler exit (exit 126) and head East. Take Hwy 23 (Kohler Memorial Dr) East to N. 7th Street (Kohler Memorial Dr turns into Erie Ave). Take a left on N. 7th Street, heading North on N. 7th Street. Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center is approximately 1 mile on the right side of the road.
