Directions:

Take I-94, I-90  to Mauston Exit 69, about 75 mi. northwest of Madison.

Go West on WI Hwy 82,   go .7 mi

Turn left onto S Union St,  go .6 mi

Turn right, West on Grayside , go .2 mi

Turn left, South on to Division St, WI Hwy 58, go .5 mi to hospital

Park between clinic and hospital, enter Hospital through main entrance.

Take Elevator to 2nd floor to the Community Room.
